Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of purchase in an unworn/unused condition with original packaging/tags and valid receipt/proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

We are unable to refund or exchange (unless deemed faulty by us) earrings, underwear, socks, swimwear,  headwear, where the item in question has been worn or used.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are deemed faulty by us. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct. 

Faulty goods may be refunded, exchanged or repaired at our discretion. 

Whilst every action is taken to keep our site updated, on some occasions an ordered product may be unavailable - mainly at peak periods such as Christmas and on fast selling promotional lines.  In such circumstances we will provide a suitable alternative or a full refund.
