Can I see the status of my order?

You can trace the status of your order at any point by accessing my account at www.thehousedesignerwear.co.uk  as this facility indicates when your order has been received, when it is in picking and when it is shipped, your tracking number will also appear in this facility.
 

How do I know the products are genuine?

The House is an authorised stockist. This means that our products are current season stock bought direct from the manufacturer or their official agent. This means that we guarantee the authenticity of our products, as well as been in a position to return them to the manufacturer should any problems arise with your purchase. Anyone that is not an official stockist cannot offer these guarantees.

Shipping Abroad

When placing an order from outside the United Kingdom (overseas) you MUST pay via PayPal. Such offers as FREE P&P only apply to UK mainland customers only.
