If a price of a product has been reduced am I entitled to a refund?

Product lines are reduced throughout the season to achieve sell out and the closer we get to the end of the season the less you will pay but you also run the risk of the product/size required being unavailable. We believe the price agreed at the time of your order is the price you are happy to pay and we will not be able to refund any difference should that item subsequently be discounted further. This does not apply with extended christmas returns on sale items.

Do you price match?

I am afraid we do not participate in price matching incentives.

How do I contact customer services?

As an online retailer, we want our customers to have a fantastic experience when buying goods online and we try to give the information up front that will help most customers answer any questions that might arise.If you query is not answered within this help format please contact enquiries@thehousedesignerwear.co.uk

I have seen a product which no longer appears to be in stock?

If we have a quick selling line or if we are at the end of a season demand can exceed supply. Our stock systems work on real time and will only let you order if we have stock showing as available. If you are unable to add something to your basket it means that the last one has already been taken by another customer.

Do you have a shop?

We do have two stores please visit contact us page for details. Please note that that both stores do not  sell all product lines so it is worth giving them a call prior to visiting and they can hold goods

How do I know the products are genuine?

The House is an authorised stockist. This means that our products are current season stock bought direct from the manufacturer or their official agent. This means that we guarantee the authenticity of our products, as well as been in a position to return them to the manufacturer should any problems arise with your purchase. Anyone that is not an official stockist cannot offer these guarantees.

What are Cookies?

Information you provide will remain private and be stored on our database. However, information may be used by the House to improve your shopping experience, enabling us to handle your order, deliver products, process payments and alert you to promotional offers. We may store information about you using cookies which are files sent by us to your computer or other access device which we can access when you visit our site at some point in the future. The cookies we use enable us to save your bag for later, track the opening of our email, track the type device used to shop, etc.
