Who Are We?
In August 2004 the first house at Yarm was bought by the Bell Brothers Peter and Steven (after having sold their chain of 54 strong convenience stores to Sainsbury’s). Steven and Peter have each brought with them over 30 years retailing knowledge and experience, and with the history of the house in the retail clothing business a match was made in heaven.
The house designer wears vision is to provide the highest quality products combined with excellent service, to confirm the fact that the task of buying beautiful clothes should be a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Peter who is the Menswear Buyer says ‘The Mantra is always about Style combined with fashion’ to achieve the look that our customers seek
I feel we have all the Labels to suit the taste of most men and women in the North East and with the Café Bistro in store at Yarm it would be difficult to find a better place to visit for a retail fix accompanied by a drink and a bite to eat.
Being an independent retailer we choose from the biggest brands and in Menswear under the same roof you can buy pieces from Armani Jeans for the casual Italian style, Boss Black, Orange and Green Label for the looks that Boss have become renowned for from the Formal suiting in Black the more casual Orange and the Sport inspired Green Label.
Polo Ralph Lauren brings both the Preppy American look and the casual man about town.
English tailoring with a twist is how Paul Smith London can be described and this is complemented with Paul Smith Jeans, and the slimmer PS label.
As well as the Vivienne Westwood MAN Collection we have the finest shirting from Eton and new to The House Remus Uomo for that smaller prices but more fashion thinking suit.
Peter's Wife Juliet is the Women’s Buyer and she has chosen Clothing, shoes, accessories and Bags from Brands such as Betty Barclay, Fenn Wright and Manson and Oui Moments for style and comfort.
This sits alongside Paul by Paul Smith and Paul Smith Black Label with the Swirl coming through on all the clothing, accessories shoes and Bags.
Vivienne Westwood Clothing, Jewellery and Bags are an ever present and this season and we also added sunglasses from this Beautiful collection.
Ted Baker features strongly with great Dresses Tops, and of Course the enviable shoes and bags, as well as a great Jewellery range.
For that special occasion we have Bernshaw and Vera Mont dresses and sunglasses from Gucci, Ray ban, Prada,Carrera, Alexandra McQeen and Polo
