Chapters Hotel & Restaurant is a wonderful listed hotel full of character, dating back some 300 years. It was the venue
for the inaugural meeting of The Stokesley Agricultural Society back in 1859. We have kept the character of the original
building and blended this with a modern feel.
The hotel General manager is Victor Vassallo.
The Hotel Reception and its 13 guest rooms, are run by Antonio Camilleri: each room has been continually updated to
give each and every guest the enjoyable night’s rest that you deserve whether it is for business or for a weekend away.
The Gourmet Restaurant and Brasserie, which has an excellent reputation, is professionally run by talented award winning
Chef Victoria Vassallo and Restaurant Manager Christopher Neal.
Victoria and her team are passionate about their meals, all of which are freshly prepared and the ingredients are from local
suppliers.
